Comprised of multiple embossed layers of stainless steel with the outer layers utilizing a Viton rubber coating. Compressed operating thickness is 0.027". Cometic MLS (Multi-Layer Steel) Head Gaskets provide maximum sealing performance for todays high output engines and require no sealants.
The Cometic MLS gasket is comprised of three to five layers of stainless steel. Cometic uses stainless steel for increased strength, its ability to rebound and resist corrosion. The outer layers of the gasket are embossed and coated on both sides with a Viton rubber material designed to meet the demands of a variety of harsh sealing environments, load conditions and surface finishes. The Viton coating is heat resistant to 250°C or 482°F.

Individual items with Free Shipping will be shipped by the carrier of our choice to a single address within the continental United States. Address RestrictionsThe billing and shipping address must be the same. If it is not we will call or email to verify the inconsistent addresses. This will put a hold on processing your order. If no response from either communication channels, your order will be cancelled and refunded in full.

ReturnsAll returns are subject to re-stocking fee up to 20%. The restocking fee covers the cost of our order processing and restocking process. Approved returns MUST be sent back to us within 15 days of receiving your return approval. Returned items must be in brand new condition or, unused condition. No returns, cancellations, or refunds are allowed on special order items. Once items have been returned to us, and the condition has been inspected and approved, a refund will be issued.
