BMW N54 Throttle Body

If your BMW is experiencing performance problems and you are getting codes related to your throttle body there’s a good chance the throttle body will need to be replaced. Many newer throttle bodies have sensors and components that are part of the assembly making it a requirement to replace the entire throttle body assembly.

Notes

• A faulty throttle adjusts the adaptation values stored in the DME control unit. These adaptation values must be reset after the throttle assembly has been replaced.
