Radium Engineering BMW S54 Fuel Rail Plumbing Kit
The Radium Engineering fuel rail for the BMW S54 engine is machined and anodized for a compatibility with all fuel types including E85. Manufactured with a large internal bore, the fuel rail can support all necessary engine power requirements. It is compatible with OEM and aftermarket direct fitment fuel injectors.
It features a large 0.65" internal bore with -8AN ORB (3/4-16 O-ring) threaded ports at each end and a 3/8 NPT female center port to accept a variety of adapter fittings for custom high-flow fuel system builds.
The fuel rail is a direct bolt-on for all BMW's equipped with the S54 engine, including:
- 2001-2006 BMW M3
- 2001-2002 BMW Z3 M Coupe
- 2001-2002 BMW Z3 M Roadster
- 2006-2008 BMW Z4 M Coupe
- 2006-2008 BMW Z4 M Roadster
PORTS AND FITTINGS
The fuel rail end ports are tapped for 8AN ORB and center port is tapped for 3/8 NPT.
Appropriate fittings must be selected based on the specific application. Ample space around the fuel rail port(s) is necessary for larger accessories such as fuel pressure regulators, fuel pressure gauges, and fuel pulse dampers.
KIT INCLUDES
The plumbing kits contains the items listed below, and allows easy hookup with the factory feed line and regulator located under the car. This kit is only compatible with the E46 M3. E85 compatible.
- 1x 8AN ORB plug
- 1x 3/8" NPT plug
- 1x 6AN male adapter
- 1x PTFE fuel feed hose
- 1x SAE adapter to attach to factory regulator

Free ShippingFree shipping is available within the lower 48 states for some products. Simply select the free shipping option during checkout, if it's available. (This does not apply to large items or items where shipping quotes are required (ie: bumpers, seats, GT Wings, and so on). Individual items with Free Shipping will be shipped by the carrier of our choice to a single address within the continental United States. This offer excludes shipments going to Alaska, Hawaii, Military Boxes, and items too large to ship via a standard carrier.
Duties and CustomsWhen shipping internationally Complex Seven is not responsible for Duties and customs fee's. These fees must be paid directly to the courier as we do not impose them.
Address RestrictionsThe billing and shipping address must be the same. If it is not we will call or email to verify the inconsistent addresses. This will put a hold on processing your order. If no response from either communication channels, your order will be cancelled and refunded in full.

ReturnsAll returns are subject to re-stocking fee up to 20%. The restocking fee covers the cost of our order processing and restocking process. Items you wish to return MUST be approved prior to your return. Please click here to start the return process. All return inquiries must be sent to us within 30 days of receiving your order. Approved returns MUST be sent back to us within 15 days of receiving your return approval. Returned items must be in brand new condition or, unused condition. Shipping, handling, and transaction fees are non-refundable.
No returns, cancellations, or refunds are allowed on special order items. Once items have been returned to us, and the condition has been inspected and approved, a refund will be issued.
