Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment validation. Please note that some specialized or custom items may require additional processing time, and any delays will be communicated promptly.

Our processing cutoff for in-stock orders is 3:00 PM EST. Any orders placed after this time will process the next business day. No orders are shipped on weekends or holidays. Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number via the  email provided in your order.

Also note that choosing a faster shipping method doesn't speed up order processing. Please plan ahead and order in advance to ensure we have enough time to process your order. We prioritize fairness for all customers, and we cannot expedite orders for any reason.

 Free Shipping

Free shipping is available within the lower 48 states for some products, and orders over $250. Simply select the free shipping option during checkout, if its available. (This does not apply to large items or items where shipping quotes are required (ie: bumpers, seats, and so on).

Items with free shipping will be shipped by the carrier of our choice to a single address within the continental United States via standard ground. This offer excludes shipments going to Alaska, Hawaii, Military Boxes, and items too large to ship via a standard ground carrier.

Duties and Customs

When shipping internationally Complex Seven is not responsible for Duties and customs fee's. These fees must be paid directly to the courier as we do not impose them.

Order Verification and Processing

Complex Seven Industries employs advanced fraud prevention measures, including Address Verification System (AVS), to validate billing information provided. We consider various factors, such as Payment Method, Payment Attempts, IP Address Information, Geographic Data, and, if necessary, 3D Secure validation (per issuing bank request). If your order is flagged for any of the above reasons, we will attempt to contact the billing contact for additional verification before processing the order. If we are unable to reach the billing contact or verify the information provided, we reserve the right to cancel associated orders.

Please note that the order will be paused temporarily during the verification process, which may lead to delays. Ensure that your address details match those on file with your issuing bank to prevent delays.

Refused Delivery

If your order is refused or undeliverable and it returns to our or any partner facility, it will be processed as a standard return. This means that shipping costs, including return freight charges and return-to-sender fees, may be deducted from your refund if assessed by the shipping carrier.

For international orders that are rejected or deemed undeliverable, additional duties, taxes, customs charges, or brokerage fees on the return shipment may apply. Complex Seven Industries reserves the right to deduct these additional costs, along with return freight charges and return-to-sender fees, from your refund.

Refusing delivery can result in unexpected delays, loss, or abandonment by the carrier. Complex Seven Industries is not liable for any loss, damage, or delay resulting from refusing delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If you provide an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address during checkout, and your order ships to that address, you are responsible for any carrier fees to adjust the shipping address. If you realize the address is incorrect after shipment, contact sales@complexseven.com immediately to request an address change.

However, we cannot guarantee the carrier will intercept the shipment, as address changes are carrier requests, and they may deny or not complete the request. If the carrier delivers your order to the incorrect address you provided during checkout. Complex Seven Industries is not obligated to provide replacements, refunds, or compensation.

Damages & Lost Packages

Please contact us immediately if you believe your package is damaged or lost during transit. Shipping carriers have strict timeframes for lost package claims. We can't process claims after 90 days from the delivery date. Also you can use the provided tracking number and open a claim with the shipment carrier. Also please note that Complex Seven Industries is not liable for any package damaged or lost during transit.
